Enterprise Account Executive · US (West Coast preferred)

We connect national brands with millions of US college students through live events, digital media and on-campus partnerships. We’re live across 40+ universities, profitable in another market already, and now building the US enterprise commercial layer from the ground up.

Why this role, why now

The US business is at an inflection point. The local and SMB engine is producing. The California-first strategy is set. The welcome-week pipeline is building fast. One thing is missing: someone who can crack the big deals. That gap is the entire reason this seat exists.

What you’ll sell

Enterprise by deal size and ambition, not by 12-month sales cycles. You’ll own:

  • National brand deals where the best live opportunities run into six figures.
  • Category exclusivity packages at major universities
  • Multi-campus bundles for national and regional brands.
  • Channel partnerships with large multi-site operators that already hold a footprint across hundreds of campuses. Land one and you open several hundred sites in a single conversation.
  • National brand activations: sampling, ambassador programs and experiential takeovers running across multiple campuses at once.

Roughly 70% of your focus is the California cluster, anchored by relationships at top-tier universities you’ll use to open 10 to 20 expansion conversations. The other 30% is national brand work across geographies.

Who this is for

You’re a closer, not an advisor. You’ve sold experiential, out-of-home, campus or media campaigns, and you’ve talked numbers with CMOs without blinking. Hand you a phone and a laptop and you go build the pipeline yourself.

You’ll recognize yourself here if:

  • You have 5+ years in B2B sales, closing $50k to $500k+ deals.
  • You’ve sold into or partnered with large multi-site operators: retail networks, campus environments, food and beverage, or franchise groups.
  • You build pipeline from scratch. A warm book is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • You lead with business impact and ROI, never product features.
  • You move fast and you’re comfortable selling while the playbook is still being written.
  • You’re US-based, ideally west coast

Gives you an edge

  • Existing relationships with national brands targeting the 18 to 24 student demographic.
  • Fluency in category exclusivity, sponsorship or rights-based deal structures.
