Terms and Conditions for the HR Recruitment Survey Prize Draw

 

Organiser

The survey and prize draw are being facilitated by Nobul Resourcing Solutions

Prize

The winner will receive a £250 voucher of their choice (subject to availability and retailer terms).

Survey Period

The survey will be open from 9:00 AM on Monday 14 July 2025 and will close no later than Friday 3 October 2025.

Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible for the prize draw.

Eligibility

Age: Participants must be aged 18 or over.

Residency: Participants must be a resident of the United Kingdom.

Entry Conditions

One entry per person: Only one entry per participant will be accepted. Repeat or multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Incomplete Entries: Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All mandatory fields must be completed in the survey.

Entry Free of Charge

Entry to the survey and prize draw is free of charge and is not conditional on the purchase or use of any products or services from Nobul Resourcing Solutions.

Prize Draw and Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random by an employee of Nobul Resourcing Solutions.

Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted directly by email.

Claiming the Prize

If the winner does not respond within 5 working days of being contacted, Nobul Resourcing Solutions reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Exclusions

Employees of Nobul Resourcing Solutions, as well as their relatives, are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.

Disqualification

Nobul Resourcing Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it suspects has breached any of these terms and conditions.

Technical Issues

Nobul Resourcing Solutions shall not be responsible for any submission failures, including but not limited to errors caused by technical issues or connectivity problems.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Nobul Resourcing Solutions reserves the right to amend, change, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updated Terms and Conditions will be published on the survey page.

Right to Withdraw

Nobul Resourcing Solutions reserves the right to withdraw this prize draw at any time before the closing date, without prior notice.
